Note that your size for clothing does not necessarily correspond with the sizing for a corset as corsets are meant to fit very tight - and sometimes, can pull in the waist up to 4".  Therefore, you should choose your corset size based on the smallest of your measurements. This is usually your waist size.

 

When taking your waist measurement, measure at the smallest point, not necessarily where your pants sit.

 

Please note that the full bust measurement is your full bust and not your bra size. For example, a 36C bra size should be equivalent to a full bust size of 36 + 3 = 39 inches. The Cup Size shown in the table is for reference only and is not really useful in determining your corset size.

 

For corset sizing, the hip size in the chart is mainly for reference purposes only.

Back Orders | Special Orders

 

You may pay for your order even if the item is out of stock/on back order or requires a special order. You will be put on a priority list for the item(s).  When they arrive, we will ship them out to those who have prepaid before filling any new orders.

 

Back orders / special order time frames may vary and cannot be guaranteed. Normally, we receive special orders/back orders within 2-3 weeks, at which time we ship it out to you right away.

Shipping

General Shipping Information:

• We charge a flat rate for standard shipping and handling within the 10 Canadian provinces and the 48 contiguous states of the United States of America. Additional shipping fees will apply to the Canadian Territories (Yukon, Northwest Territories and Nunavut) and US territories outside of the mainland (Hawaii, Alaska, Guam, etc.).  We will notify you of the additional charges and await your approval and payment  before shipping.  International shipping charges vary.
  
• Shipping prices are expressed in US dollars.
  
• Please allow 48-72 hours for order processing - fraud prevention and packaging. (Note: Shipping does not include order-processing time.)
• Items are shipped from our warehouses in either Canada or USA

UNITED STATES of AMERICA

• Packages are shipped mainly via Canada Post, FedEx, or UPS
• If Standard shipping is chosen, your item will be shipped via regular Airmail - no insurance or tracking. Shipping times vary and cannot be guaranteed. Normal delivery times vary between 4-12 business days, and cannot be guaranteed.
• If Tracked shipping is chosen, your item will be shipped with tracking and insurance. Shipping times cannot be guaranteed. Normal delivery times vary between 3-12 business days, and cannot be guaranteed.
• If XpressPost shipping is chosen, your item will be shipped with tracking and will have a guarantee of delivery in under 7 business days. This delivery guarantee applies to most areas, with the exception of certain rural areas.
• If 2-3 Day shipping is chosen, your order must be received before 9 am EST, will be shipped with tracking and will arrive within 2-3 business days - the day of order does not count towards the 2-3 day guarantee.
• Please note that our couriers WILL NOT guarantee residential delivery times during holiday seasons - Christmas, Valentine's Day, etc..

Returns

We inspect every item very carefully before shipping.

Legally, we are unable to accept any returns. Due to the nature of our products and for hygienic reasons, there are laws governing us which prevent us from being able to accept returns. Any item which may come into contact with any bodily fluids falls under this law, and cannot be returned. This includes any corset which includes a g-string, thong or panty, bras, shapewear, and bodysuits/catsuits ( which are meant to be worn without any undergarments for a super smooth fit). Please verify sizing before making your purchase.
